Inspired by his father (also a keen Photographer and Artist) David's passion for photography and image creativity developed at a young age, alongside a deep appreciation for the arts, nature, architecture, design and lifestyle. 50 years later, he remains as curious as ever. His desire to explore beautiful places around the world and to capture the profound experiences they evoke has taken David on expeditions all over the globe from the Himalayan mountains of northern India to Morocco’s Sahara desert. Locations he has trained his lens on include Japan, Malaysia, Australia, Iceland, Norway, Belize, USA, along with most of western Europe and United Kingdom.

Alongside his passion for Photography David’s interests included Music, Film, Theatre and Media production, he studied Professional Sound and Video Technology at Salford University and since moving to London in 1998 has been working in the Television and Broadcasting Industry. With a wealth of experience in Live Studios, Galleries and on Location covering operations in Cameras, Editing, Sound and VT/EVS.

As an experienced Freelancer David established Prodavid LTD in 2005 and with his partner continues working with a wide range of Companies including: Al Jazeera, BBC, Channel 4, Formula 1, ITV Sport, Molinare, Olympic Broadcasting Services, Sky Sports, Sunset+Vine, TNT and Whisper Media, along with many others and a variety of Independent Productions and Creative projects.
